The IMLCA Players summit is an annual recruiting event owned and hosted by THE COACHES & members of the intercollegiate men’s lacrosse coaches association. with new NCAA legislation adopted in october 2023, the imlca players summit is NOW the only event in the country that all ncaa men’s lacrosse coaches are permitted to evaluate at that weekend. over 800+ men’s college lacrosse coaches will be traveling to orlando, florida this december for five days of business meetings, education, networking, honoring history & recruitinG.

Tournament Scheduling will be released in November 2024. For guidance in booking travel, the earliest game for each division will begin Saturday, December 14 at 8:00AM and the latest game for each division will conclude by 3:00PM on Sunday, December 15.
Only the 2027 Division will play to a Championship.

STAY TO PLAY
Athletes Hospitality is proud to be the official housing agency of the 2024 IMLCA Players Summit. The IMLCA has a strict “Stay to Play” policy for this event, requiring all participants to book within AH’s portfolio of excellent contracted properties. Here is the how the booking process will work:
All contacted properties in the 2024 IMLCA Players Summit are available to all registered team / participants immediately.
Club Administrators are encouraged to create a group room block to their families either online or through one of our Travel Specialists.
All group room blocks are automatically held for two weeks (14 days). Extensions are handled by Athletes Hospitality on a case-by-case basis.
While all participating families must book within the portfolio, they do not need to stay in their Club’s group room block if they prefer a property that is different from what their Club selects.
Parents and families are strictly prohibited from reserving rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort. Rosters & guest names will be monitored by the event’s and hotel staff.
