The IMLCA Players summit is an annual recruiting event owned and hosted by THE COACHES & members of the intercollegiate men’s lacrosse coaches association. with new NCAA legislation adopted in october 2023, the imlca players summit is NOW the only event in the country that all ncaa men’s lacrosse coaches are permitted to evaluate at that weekend. over 800+ men’s college lacrosse coaches will be traveling to orlando, florida this december for five days of business meetings, education, networking, honoring history & recruitinG.

Tournament Scheduling will be released in November 2024. For guidance in booking travel, the earliest game for each division will begin Saturday, December 14 at 8:00AM and the latest game for each division will conclude by 3:00PM on Sunday, December 15.
Only the 2027 division will play to a Championship.

The entire event registration process for the 2024 IMLCA Players Summit will be managed, operated, and monitored solely by the IMLCA. All questions regarding pre-registration, event registration links, and waitlist protocols should be directed to Mara Gallagher, the Director of Events for the Players Summit via email.
2023’s event sold out in less than 3 minutes. We anticipate a similar result, and therefore strongly encourage club and team admins to prepare accordingly and follow the instructions provided. Event registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating teams must remain compliant with the terms and conditions communicated in the pre-registration process to avoid removal from the event.

Each team looking to register for the 2024 IMLCA Players Summit must complete the event’s pre-registration form by 11:59PM on April 26, 2024. The link to register will only be distributed to those who have completed pre-registration by this deadline.

REGISTRATION LINK DISTRIBUTED
Only teams who have completed pre-registration will receive a link at 12:00PM EST on Wednesday, May 8. This link will not be active until later in the evening to assure each pre-registered team has fair access at the same time. Event registration will be hosted on LeagueApps.

REGISTRATION OPENS
Registration will once again be on a first come first served basis. Once the field is sold out, teams’ attempts to complete registration will be timestamped and used for wait-list documentation & potential future openings.

STAY TO PLAY
Club administrators and coaches will be responsible for providing accurate and up to date Stay To Play communication to all parents traveling to Orlando for the Players Summit.
All teams registered for the IMLCA Players Summit must use Athletes Hospitality to book their hotel accommodations.
Parents and families are strictly prohibited from reserving rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort. Rosters & guest names will be monitored by the event’s and hotel staff.
Any team in violation will be subject to removal from the event.
ROSTER DATA
Club administrators and coaches will be responsible for providing initial rosters to the IMLCA Event Staff starting October 1, 2024.
Updates to these rosters will be requested and collected throughout the fall recruiting tournament season.
Individual Names for Rosters will be publicly accessible for college coaches and parents to review prior to the event.
Administrators for club teams will be accountable for providing accurate and complete data. A lack of attention to detail in this regard will result in removal from the event.
ALL Prospective Student Athletes PARTICIPATING IN THE 2024 PLAYERS SUMMIT will be required to have an account and complete profile on the IMLCARecruits platform. Profiles can be established on an individual basis or as a team by the Club Admin.
